Decisions to Be Made on Every Corner
It’s Wednesday already. It shocks me how fast Mon and Tuesday go by. The weeks are flying. And you know that is ok by me. I’m already pondering my schedule in retirement in my mind. And I’m already contemplating what I want that to look like, and how much time I’m wanting to put into each facet of my life and how much I’m not, what’s in, and what’s out! Weekend Eating and Problems with My Legs
Yesterday was amazing. Just waking up knowing that you have 3 days off. And it was a busy day but also a productive day. I fixed us breakfast (above). You can see the “egg in a hole” along with tomatoes and we split and apple and banana getting in some fruit. In the past week I have had some issues with my legs – meaning that I’ve had some pain at the hip and joint areas and in addition they have felt like jelly. Appendix Surgery Follow-Up Appt and Feeling a Bit Off Center
I had my followup finally with the surgeon. He gave me the notes on it, in which I had to look up a few things to understand and I’m sure I still don’t understand it all. I wish I could ask a few more questions, lol. Bottom line, there was a perforation in my appendix that went through all the layers of the appendix. In the doctor’s words, he said “it was very inflamed and it was ready to come out”. I let him know that I’d been having issues for almost a year.
