Some things Need to Change Now

Good morning. I’ll probably lose subscribers over this one. You can watch it HERE. No one wants to follow anyone that is struggling. And it has been a struggle in more ways than one this year. I almost pulled this video after I uploaded. But I decided to let it remain. Part of who I am and part of what “Less Hustle More Coffee Is” is REAL LIFE. And this is what I am going through. I still have hope – some days are better than others. The real challenging is just surviving this life regardless of what it throws at you. So this IS MY STRUGGLE this week. Next week it might be different. But here is where we are today.
I’m a half hour late getting this post up today. Little Maddie girl is having some issues of her own. Although she is eating well this morning, she has had diarrhea all yesterday evening and through the night and this morning. Had to give her a bath and another sponge wash this morning, and we’ve cleaned floors and cleaned up yak in the bedroom on the carpet. I’ve not had coffee yet! But yet she has eaten this morning so hopefully she will better. She goes in for a teeth cleaning on Monday and they have to put her to sleep so she needs to be well before that.
Anyway you can watch today’s video HERE. Meanwhile I’m going to go have some coffee, see what’s on the to do list, and get started on the day. We have a busy weekend ahead but I at least have until about 3 before being busy until 3 tomorrow. Just one of those weekends. A fun one but yet not a lot of time to breathe or get things done.
Ya’ll have a good weekend.

Morning lovely Sonya, It’s 6.45 Sunday morning. Think you might be in bed so you won’t see this till you next check in. You’ve certainly given us all an insight into the ..mostly…tummy problems you’ve had a long time …I hope you can find time to fit all your new plans. But basically it’s a good idea to try to keep an eye on your diet. Personally I’m sorry if I’m going to say things you might won’t ! Like to I hear and will immediately dismiss what I’m saying, that’s ok but here goes. I have always thought that you to far far to many so called vitamins I had a long chat with two Dr. friend who has been looking into the effects of various vitamins and rather than be of benefit 98% were in fact quite the opposite. They both agreed that Vits. D . and C were good and would do no harm. Indeed were the only ones they would recommend IF and this is the basis you take a good diet eating a variety of foods such as vegetables and most important fruit. ( I am very bad at the fruit intake but do find if I don’t eat at least one fresh orange a day I have consequences! ). But it must be fresh fruit not in a bottle or carton ….im not sure how much FRESH fruit you take..perhaps check that…so that’s where I would start. DITCH ALL THE VITS EXCEPT THE D and C…give it a few weeks see what happens I know you will be horrified at that idea. But I honestly think it’s something you could safely do. God Bless love and above all things STRESS is at the centre of most things so trying to unstressed is number 1. GOOD LUCK Sending love as always xxx
