Proper Sake, Coco’s Italian Market, Friendsgiving, Plumbing, and Medical Results
Saturday We had a really nice Saturday with our friends at Proper Sake. The main thing was just getting together for a Friendsgiving moment and catching up. Everyone enjoyed the sake and I tasted it. I didn’t want alcohol in my tummy. So I had one of the only two drinks that were non alcoholic, some kind of mango spritzer over a really big ice cube. It was really good. The Busiest Weekend Ever
Our Friday night started with me doing laundry so that I would have half a chance of finishing our weekly 6 loads of 2 darks, 1 color, whites, towels, and sheets. I began fussing Friday night, knowing I was going to have to race and fight the clock to get things done. All week long I’d imagined that we’d be leaving around 11 Saturday to start our shopping excursion and then would have some of the morning. At least that is what we have always done in the past. Life has been full lately. First of all…We’ve really had a couple of nights of great Hello Fresh meals at the end of the week last week. We had a bulgogi like dinner with meatballs and baked carrots over rice. And we had creamy bacon spaghetti with broccoli. Maddie had a successful spa day Saturday morning. She did great. I think Ms Maddie is gaining a little weight. She needed to gain a little. She sneaks in some of Dexter’s dog food and also her Daddy probably gives her too many treats.
