Thanksgiving Days along with some Thanksgiving Troubles
Good afternoon. Post Turkey Day. I’ve looked forward to this weekend for a long time. It is so hard to come by a day at home. And to have a few days finally is just delightful. It doesn’t come without threats to it though, as always. Mom went to Thanksgiving dinner to see my sister on Tuesday. She hobbled in and out with her gout. We had a nice time with my sister and my niece. My nephew had a virus and my BIL stayed home with him. Proper Sake, Coco’s Italian Market, Friendsgiving, Plumbing, and Medical Results
Saturday We had a really nice Saturday with our friends at Proper Sake. The main thing was just getting together for a Friendsgiving moment and catching up. Everyone enjoyed the sake and I tasted it. I didn’t want alcohol in my tummy. So I had one of the only two drinks that were non alcoholic, some kind of mango spritzer over a really big ice cube. It was really good. Then we went to Coco’s Italian Market. Had a great time there. I was unsure of what to eat, but went with salmon and cooked veggies on a bed of Alfredo noodles. It was heavenly. It was all so good.…

Christmas Village, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, and Diverticulitis
This is often what our mornings look like. I often sit here in the chair along with Maddie and prioritize my to do list. And Dexter sits on the bed and George works on the computer a bit, checks the news, checks the bank, pays any bills. We sip coffee, get our showers and then head in.
