Hurricane Strength Storms, Quarter End, Mom’s Birthday, and Mechanical Dogs
Much to my surprise, we had not just the summer thunderstorms but a full on extreme weather event with hurricane 1 winds of 90+ miles per hour. I think we had 30+ trees down in our own immediate neighborhood of 4 streets or so. Just complete trees blown over from the roots. Making Maddie Official and Snuggling During the Storms
The calendar has turned. July is here. Typically July and August have not been my favorite months, mainly because of the hot and humid air that settles into our area. But I’m trying to make the most of it. It’s kinda like January and February on the flip side. Rain and Storms, Shopping and Eating, and Life’s Updates
Wow, it’s true! I’m really sitting here getting to blog. I’ve wanted to do it for a couple of days but life has kept me truly busy. Sunday. I was under the weather with something I ate and I did not feel like doing anything so ALL of Sunday’s plans ending up getting pushed off until every day after work and spread out across the week. Monday. After work I went to Belk and Target, looking for capri jeans for me and casual jogger type pants for Mom in capri style or pant style.
