Morning Cleaning Spree My day started off at 4:30 ish. I got up and made coffee and began trying to catch up at the house. My house is in NO SHAPE for company as we have been home next to ZERO time in recent weeks. Even the evenings have been filled with running errands, urgent care, and taking care of necessities. So it was pleasant to have several hours straight in which to put a small dent in caretaking of our needs here and to once again try to bless our nest. Resetting and Focusing on the To Do List with Focus Matrix App
If you have been following my blog long, you know I use the Focus Matrix App for my To Do List. It has the 4 quadrant method for organizing your To Do’s and it’s easy to reprioritize them and check them off, delete them, and add new ones. I don’t know what I would do without this app. I believe it was a small fee to be able to have this cross over to another device and it’s been well worth it so that I have it on my Mac and also on my iPhone. Finding Time, Taking Time, Girls Nite Out, and Hair Cut Decisions
I realized last night, as I lay my head on my pillow that somehow, I was finding time to do things I wanted to do even with the elevated levels of our new “busy” this year in 2021. While 2020 had its own “NEW NORMAL”, I am realizing that 2021 will begin yet another chapter of a “NEW NORMAL”. I’ve prayed for God to help me to have strength and endurance for the new levels of busy and responsibility.
