Not much time to blog today. It’s not usually a blog day but I wanted to hop in and ask a question. What gives you “bubbling” joy? I had what I guess you could call an “epiphany” today, while reading my Activating Joy book by Jessica Hurtado in my morning devotional. Many times I’ve made a list of what makes me happy. Finding Ways to Deal with Pet Peeves
As in inward look to myself, and in trying to understand some of my triggers that can make my world go south in a heartbeat, I made a list of my pet peeves. Pet Peeves will never permanently go away, so if we can find ways to deal with them and turn the negative thoughts away quickly, it can give us a better outlook and a happier day when they occur or present themselves.
