New Year, New Habits
The new chair is calling! Starting some new habits. I had decided to read the Bible backwards this year. Meaning that I will start with Revelations and work backwards. So the first thing each morning is setting in the chair, in my spa robe, after my shower, writing a prayer in my journal and reading a couple of chapters. Seems to set the direction proper for the day. Then from there I will do a blog if I have chosen it is to be a blog day. Another new habit is going to the grocery store on Monday nights for the weekly grocery needs and bringing Monday night’s dinner home.…

New Year Goals and Why You Shouldn’t Give up on Resolutions
All the Christmas has been gathered. It’s time to load them back up in the tubs and send them back to the basement for another year. It’s kinda sad to see them go. Although I really am not a fan of red, I do enjoy our house being a “Santa Land” for six weeks or so. It’s kind of a lot of trouble, but I enjoy doing it. Year in Review and the New Year Arrives
Arrived home from work on New Year’s Eve and George had a surprise of shrimp and sushi. We were so excited to begin our three day weekend. He fixed a lamb roast and we’ve enjoyed that for a couple of days now. Here it came out of the stove and the temp was not hot enough, you can see the blood dripping, so it had to go back in. I think we may have just started a new New Year’s tradition. It cracks me up lately that while dinner is being served, Roger lines himself up like he gets a plate too.
