We’re Gonna Be Grandparents!
We are so excited! Do you know how hard it is to sit on top of THIS KINDA news? Our little grandbaby is due Jan 19th! So we will be going to Texas quite often! We have a trip planned to TX before long for the gender reveal party. And again early next year for the birth. As far as after THAT? I guess anything goes and I’m not sure. I’ll be wanting to see my grandchild and THREE WEEKS of vacation is not quite gonna cut it. Eventually they say they will be moving back here. But…if not…we may have to move to Texas. :-O We are incredibly excited.…

Starbucks, The Shower, a Squirrel, and Father’s Day
I treated myself Friday to Starbucks, using up the ends of two gift cards (Thank you Katy and and Wood Personnel – yup, I’ve had them a while.). I only owed 17 cents. I think one reason I hadn’t used the cards were that they had low balances – not enough to complete a transaction. But it was really nice. My favorite coffee at Starbucks is the Pike Place with Cinnamon powder on top. The Cinnamon kinda knocks down Starbuck’s overbold coffee. I think they always have superstrong coffee as many people put things in their coffee. I like mine black but from there I get Cinnamon. Of course me…

Cravings, Masks, and a “Little Katy”
Good morning! It is I here just popping on for a few minutes. Here’s a shot of me in my other mask before jetting into to Aldi’s for chicken. With the announcement of the meat shortage, I wanted to make sure we had some chicken in the freezer. Seems like my main go to has been chicken and we have had very little of it in the freezer. So I bought a couple of packs of ground turkey and a couple of packs of chicken and then George also hit up Houston’s for a couple of packs, so we are about 2 to 3 weeks out again. That is easier…
