Happy Halloween Everyone
Hope you all have a happier Halloween! I’m doing payroll today. Currently at lunch! I’m eating a Marie Calendar’s Pot Pie and it is hitting the spot today! The cooler air has arrived. We are in our warmer clothes. Are you all dressing up today? One of our office mates brought candy. My favorite is Reese’s, so I got one! Katy has been sick with a bug and she’s better today and back to work. My sisters white cell count is in the normal range now and she can get out more. Her red blood cell needs to increase though. Prepping for a Fall Dinner Party for Our Life Group
We worked so hard this weekend cleaning and cooking and getting ready for our life group on Sunday. It’s always fun us working on a project like this but by 3 p.m. yesterday I was worn out and was tired the entire day on Sunday. I wasn’t sure I had any life left for the party itself. I’m not sure our place is “ideal” for parties because of Dexter. Maybe some should have thought we should put them up in the back or something but none of us would have had any peace as they would have barked loudly the entire time. Productive and Relaxing Weekend, Cooking a Lot, and Spending Time with the Dogs
Good morning! It has been a great 3 day weekend. Of course, no, I did not get everything done as I have a month’s worth lined up each off day. But the main thing is that I get to enjoy being home, working on the household, getting to cook, plan, be with the doggies, and just breathe. We were gone 1/2 of the weekend so that explains a lot. If I hadn’t had Friday off I’d still be spinning my wheels trying to just get the laundry done and the house some how decent.
