Kicking the Winter Blues
It can be a struggle this time of year as we anticipate spring, new life, and a revival of all things refreshing and green! I struggle in Feb and early March so I know the blues are going to try to set in as I get impatient for warmer temps. I’m sharing with you how I’m getting by. The Week of the Snow and Ice Storm in Tennessee
Sunday, January 25 Well, we’ve been in Winter Storm mode since Friday night around midnight. We had a beautiful snowfall of probably 3 to 4 inches, then sleet on top of that by Saturday night. It sleeted a lot overnight Saturday night. At 3:30 a.m. I woke up to the sound of a falling tree. I think it was the tree that hit the neighbors driveway. Luckily missed their car.
