The calendar has turned. July is here. Typically July and August have not been my favorite months, mainly because of the hot and humid air that settles into our area. But I’m trying to make the most of it. It’s kinda like January and February on the flip side. Much like the first of the year, I try to make July as a “reset month”, reviewing goals, realigning to goals, reflecting, and planning. Above is my work calendar for payroll. A Whirlwind Blur of Icy Cold Weather, Tax Returns, Illness, and Lack of Sleep
If I were to describe this week in a few words, I’d say it has been a whirlwind blur of: icy cold weather, coughs, tax returns, congestion, working from home, working from work, tiredness, what to eat, what to drink, driving to work, driving home from work, whether to take cold meds or not, getting some sleep, getting no sleep, checking the weather, working on video, finally getting good sleep, meeting deadlines, more coughing, not meeting deadlines. Hello everyone. I’m here! The January claw fingers hath laid its clutches upon me. It has been dreary, dark, stormy, snowy, cold. I have been elated, excited, happy, content, energized, sad, busy, tired, sleepy, and lethargic. So that pretty much describes the last few days since I posted last. Nothing major going on. Just life itself. And if you know my life, that is quite enough. By Friday I’m exhausted. I figured I should pop in so you’d know I’m still swinging from the branches! Although I am pretty sure I fell a couple of branches below and hit my head on a limb on the way down. 😉 lol.…
