Thought I’d come in and do a quick update before working on the next video. I’m enjoying Prince Harry’s, “The Spare”. How I Pulled Out of a Day or Two of Depression
Yesterday was a rough day. Well actually the last two or three days were. There’s reasons for that. Yeah, we had some good times doing our Valentine’s excursion and eating out again on Valentine’s night and that helped to get out and do some things, but it always harms me when I don’t get some time on the weekends to do more than just laundry and clean. But you know what? When I got home yesterday, I was so down on myself, on life, tired, sleepy. I felt like a miserable existence. I decided to go to my journaling/reading chair and just pray.
