    Many of you know that I faithfully follow Keep Your Day Dream each week. And I have always loved the segments where Tricia Leach invites us viewers in for dinner. She has mastered the art of cooking – on the go – and her recipes are not just for living the RV life, but for busy working people too.     Fairvue Plantation House, Gallatin, TN and Weekly Update

    Some of you may know, that my husband George grew up in Gallatin, TN. My grandmother also lived on a farm in the area for some time. And then George and I lived in Gallatin for about 15 years or so, until we moved to Mount Juliet. So getting to visit the Fairvue Plantation house in the area, was a real treat for us last night.     Candied Rib in Mount Juliet, McKay’s Haul, Czann’s New Nashville Brewery, and Our Bucket List Update

    We really enjoyed our day yesterday. I was feeling a bit of anxiety not having much time at home this weekend. I did manage to get the laundry washed (not folded and nothing ironed), but we sure enjoyed our time celebrating George’s birthday. (See previous blog entries over the last few days.) Now it’s time to fast! lol. We went to the Candied Rib after church yesterday. The food was great. They are newly opened and are not serving their entire menu yet.
