Our Day out in Hendersonville, TN: Sam’s Club Run, First Watch Brunch, and Yazoo Brewery
George and I had a meeting in Hendersonville with our financial advisor and as we do, we like to hit other things in the area – usually favorite shops, a brewery, a favorite liquor store for our wine and happy hour stash, and of course trying new or old favorite restaurants. Yesterday, much to my surprise, George did NOT have a line up for us. Filing a Police Report and Celebrating our 30th Anniversary in Nashville
Filing the Police Report After filing the police report for the identity theft where someone tried to file unemployment claim in my name, we could then get on with our Anniversary Saturday plans. I had never set foot in a police department before so it was interesting. There was traffic court going on. We went in and a big sign said if we needed to file a police report to call using the phone in the corner. And then wait. So we did just that. Norm’s Amish Market and Snow White Drive In / Mount Juliet and Lebanon, TN Area
Our day was mighty fine yesterday. It did ALL of our souls good to get out and do a few things other than work and home, chores, and to do lists. Our first order of business was to stop at Norm’s, a local roadside market with mostly Amish goods from Scottsville, KY. We used to go every year but it’s a little far for us now. So it’s nice to see this place, although pricier since its the middle man. I loved the photo opportunity and these Mum’s will be in full bloom soon.
