Road Trip Part I: Headed to Texas via Hot Springs, Ark
So here’s the first leg of our trip! Was rough getting out of town – that was half the battle. Daughter in labor, doing payroll, cars won’t start. Dexter got a boo boo. But Hot Springs was both amusing, and fun. It made us laugh and we shared our worst hotel experience ever. Then on to Texas. There was no shortage of good eats, I tell you that. Kicking off the Holidays with a Road Trip!
The next YouTube video is out. Blogmas Day 17 brings “Kicking off the Holidays with a Road Trip”. I was able to get enough done so I could work on this yesterday. And I hope you enjoy a few snippets from our recent trip to Texas with stops in Arkansas. We take you on quick hotel tours of our rooms where we booked “suites” this time so we’d have a sofa/living area mainly to relax and read in comfortably. Hot Springs Trip Day 3
I was so excited to be the one to get River out of bed. He’s all snuggles in the morning. Changed his diaper, and we played a bit before breakfast. Fun times! You will be shocked at how much he eats! See…. We soon headed out for the day and parked close to Hot Springs National park. And walked in to the shops. The sun felt good on our faces as the temps climbed into the sixties and low seventies pretty quickly. Here’s Cody, Katy, and River! And guess who….
