    Good afternoon. Post Turkey Day. I’ve looked forward to this weekend for a long time. It is so hard to come by a day at home. And to have a few days finally is just delightful. It doesn’t come without threats to it though, as always. Mom went to Thanksgiving dinner to see my sister on Tuesday. She hobbled in and out with her gout.     Doctor, Plumbing Issues, Laundry, and Working From Home

    In two hours I have a doc appointment. I had some more pain as I mentioned yesterday and that continued some at work. It’s not all day but just at certain times. Without going into raw details. But it’s not healing as quickly as I hoped. I can usually turn it around pretty quick within 4 days but we are on Day 8 currently. So I called the doc and seeing his PA this morning to get Augmenten. I don’t want any other antibiotic. I can’t take the others, they make me bed ridden and sick. But the Augmenten has worked every time. I’m probably not spelling it right but…

    The Domino Effect, Bugs in the Merchandise, and A Stressful Day in My Life

    I had another day of calm eating for the tum tum yesterday and this morning it seems more normal. I will ease back into eating and adding more to the soft diet. I told George I felt like I could eat air fried salmon for dinner tonight as it is light to eat but we don’t have any. I am going to Publix after work so maybe I’ll pick some up along with some things I can eat. I’m glad I’m pulling out of this without the dreaded antibiotics.
