    Trying So Hard Not to Lose My Freaking Mind

    Good morning friends. This week is packing a little punch. The last 7 days have been like “whooooosh”. It all started with having an about a half day Thursday when Mom had a doc appointment. Then being off Friday for PTO and Christmas Village, then getting diverticultis. Then having to do a lot of research to back pay some people where another department had an issue with some raises not going through. So Monday I had on my plate to do Thursday, Friday, and Monday’s duties, plus the 1.5 hours of back pay research and computation. Does this sound possible? No. It wasn’t.     Took the Day off Today and Girls Night Out

    Good afternoon. Or at least it is here. I took a PTO day today! I have had this day planned for a while. So it gave me some peace knowing it was coming. I needed some time to sort of reorganize myself and get centered. The purse needed emptying of receipts and notes. The work bag needed to be emptied (more notes and some things I did for Mom yesterday, new HOA information, and the latest bills).     Getting Thru an MRI Without a Panic Attack

    The MRI’s of brain, neck/spine, and cervix were yesterday. They are done and complete. It will be a “few days” the technician said. I was a little nervous, mainly because I was worried about being in a small space for 20 minutes. I was afraid of a panic attack. And I DID have to talk myself through the process of NOT having one.
