Family Gathering, Table Decor, and a Cold White Christmas
Well, it was a very nice Christmas Eve day for our family gathering on this cold and snowy day. George and I hopped to it this morning to get everything done to pull off a Noontime Christmas Eve meal instead of a 5 p.m one due to our snowy and icy roads. This way in case the roads were not cleared yet, everyone would for sure get home by dark. George went and got Mom, Aunt Martha, and Uncle Ken and then later took them back before dark. Moroccan Charcuterie Board and Moroccan Tagine Dinner, Bloody Mary Bar, and Today’s Goals
We had a splendid time yesterday with friends. George had cooked up a fabulous Moroccan meal. The idea was mainly to give our guests the experience of eating food cooked in the moroccan tagine. George did the meal himself except that Lisa made a tabbouleh salad and brought dessert. I arranged the board above, but George had already picked the elements and drawn a design – I just followed his plan.
