    Medical Dilemmas and Depression Over THAT!

    Good morning lovelies. I fixed a lovely pasta dish yesterday with ground chicken, white wine, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and seasonings (tarragon, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes) and garnished with parsley and more parmesan. I also added in a cup of pasta water that it boiled in, a TBSP of vinegar, and a little honey for sweetness. I steamed veggies in the chicken broth also, with a bit of butter, red pepper flakes and a dash of salt and a lot of pepper and then cut up some cold fresh tomato on top.     Hello everyone! I thought with the new blog theme and quickness of the ability to pump a blog entry out, I’d be able to squeeze it in, but temporarily forgot how I have every second of my day planned out.     Decisions to Be Made on Every Corner

    It’s Wednesday already. It shocks me how fast Mon and Tuesday go by. The weeks are flying. And you know that is ok by me. I’m already pondering my schedule in retirement in my mind. And I’m already contemplating what I want that to look like, and how much time I’m wanting to put into each facet of my life and how much I’m not, what’s in, and what’s out!
