We had a fabulous time at the Zoo with Little Roo! George might have been teaching him the “pull my finger” trick. lol. You know it’ll happen! We loved getting to spend the day with him. And I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed the zoo. It has improved over the years. It was going to be a late lunch and so I had been craving a soft serve ice cream cone for over a week. Quick Cleaning Spree, Little Roo Arrives from Airport, and the Week Ahead
Morning Cleaning Spree My day started off at 4:30 ish. I got up and made coffee and began trying to catch up at the house. My house is in NO SHAPE for company as we have been home next to ZERO time in recent weeks. Even the evenings have been filled with running errands, urgent care, and taking care of necessities. So it was pleasant to have several hours straight in which to put a small dent in caretaking of our needs here and to once again try to bless our nest. Good morning! Sipping coffee on a blissful Sunday morning. Thankful to have no where I have to be today – a full day to be at home to get things done! Live Storm Chasing Friday while cooking dinner, I was able to watch a live storm chase. I find this rather exciting. I myself would never do such a thing.
