    Monday, March 23 Excited to have a good stretch of week to get a few things done that I’ve been trying to do. Mom does not have any doctors appointments this week and we have no outings planned. I think we both needed a break. The days out are certainly hard on her trying to get up and ready and out the door. And they tire me out too for some reason.     Kicking the Winter Blues

    It can be a struggle this time of year as we anticipate spring, new life, and a revival of all things refreshing and green! I struggle in Feb and early March so I know the blues are going to try to set in as I get impatient for warmer temps. I’m sharing with you how I’m getting by.     Contentment: Love it When Things Come Together

    Today as I’ve worked in the house, sipped coffee, fixed breakfast, did some planning, updated the list, paid Mom’s bills, and did my exercising – I’ve noticed a new bright feeling. It’s hard to put a name to it but can best be described as contentment, happiness, and a feeling of “not being so behind” and more of a feeling of accomplishment or getting closer to doing what I’ve intended.
