Good Eats, Texas News, and also Some Bad News
We have eaten really well this week! Meals cooked by Chef George! I found a recipe above for pasta and chicken with spinach, lemon juice, wine, and parmesan. And tomato I think. I love this kind of pasta with a light lemony sauce. I like to throw a bit of chicken broth in too. George added toasted sour dough cheese bread. Below is his jambalaya. Very good. Fun Day in Breckenridge, Catching the Sunset
He’s a cutie! My new little grandson. And he opened his eyes and looked at me! We went to a garden center yesterday in Breckenridge as Katy offered to get Cody’s supplies for his garden so he could work on it after work. And we made a trip to Walmart for overnight pull ups for River. All a quick trip to meet feeding schedules and nap schedules. Once we had lunch and everyone down for naps, George and I headed back over to guest house. George left to go play Frisbee golf.
