    Texas Size Breakfast, Shopping in Breckenridge, Slow Life

    Yesterday provided a bit of a change up. We gave “the kids” a long morning to themselves as a new family and we went out to breakfast at Adriana’s Taqueria. The platter came with soft and hot tortillas to fix as you please for your own burrito. The plate included chopped bacon, chopped potatoes, eggs with red and green peppers, and refried beans. Yum! It held me to mid afternoon. Here’s heading into Breckenridge TX and somewhere on the left there you turn on a side street and that is where the Taqueria is.     Our precious grandson under the bili lights. Bless him. He’s home now! I’ve got to think of a good blog name for him! 🙂 Little Roo has been eating good for us and has been a big boy. However upon his parents return with baby has really been having a test of WILL, just having meltdowns if not getting his way. Such change for all and everyone was tired.     Productive and Relaxing Weekend, Cooking a Lot, and Spending Time with the Dogs

    Good morning! It has been a great 3 day weekend. Of course, no, I did not get everything done as I have a month’s worth lined up each off day. But the main thing is that I get to enjoy being home, working on the household, getting to cook, plan, be with the doggies, and just breathe. We were gone 1/2 of the weekend so that explains a lot. If I hadn’t had Friday off I’d still be spinning my wheels trying to just get the laundry done and the house some how decent.
