Saturday I fixed us an “egg in the hole” as I learned how to do from Ree Drummond. We always put something sweet on the “hole” that was cut out. lol. The eggs cooks in the pan dropped in the center of the hole in the bread for about 3 min on each side. I served it with a side of pears. Friday night though, my stomach was in knots. Saturday I was having some “issues” but by Sunday it was fleshing itself out as an infection. I had a fever and pain in my colon.
