Blogmas Day 20: Random Stuff
Last night we had dinner at one of our favorite places ever. Hermitage Steak House. The decor was pretty. Here’s their tree. There was also a fireplace. But people were sitting near so I didn’t get a pic. Aunt Martha and Uncle Ken really like the place too. I was worried about putting such a heavy meal (steak) on my tummy but so far so good. Here’s a pic of George from the Lane Motor Museum. lol And… Little Roo listening to his headphones/audiobook lol. I only have one more workday before Christmas! So I must get a lot done tomorrow. Then we will be getting ready for Christmas Eve…

So…. the decorating begins. But the backstory comes to the forefront. I’m worried about, well EVERYTHING, but George is retiring and he is happy as a lark. Blogmas Day 18: More Surprises
The last Secret Santa gift arrived! I was very touched to get a mug with the 2023 phrase of the year on it from my blog site. These were my overall goals. I did laugh more. I definitely shared more. I learned some. I’m lacking on enjoyment. Although I think we enjoyed 2023 more than the 2 years before that. And on the flip side…. The “managing life’s to do list” with grace…. On the blog it says “or maybe not”. This phrase is my stab at sarcasm! This is the perfect gift and I love it. lol 😂 There is no grace to managing my to do list! But…
