    Good afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is set in for a wonderful 2023 final evening of the year and looking forward to your 2024. This 3 day long weekend has been a blessing as I recover from the flu, recover from Christmas, and from the list below, from the year we have had. It’s been a busy one. I went through my blog posts today and tried to list all the highlights each month. Forgive me family, if I have forgotten something really important. I do more and more of THAT every day.     Difficult Week, Juggling Life, Feeling Bad

    Here’s my struggle trying to get proper help from the doctor to clear up diverticulitis (or whatever it is that is causing pain in the colon). It’s difficult to work and care for an ailing mother when you are not well yourself. It’s been a true struggle these last few weeks. The saga is not over yet. Stay tuned.     Blogmas Day 3: Texas Family Arrived, Time Blocking, and Diverticulitis Again

    George and I enjoyed our Friday, his first day of retirement. I cooked him the breakfast, we worked on things at home, and then went to our financial meeting which was an important one. Things are all fine for us to both retire. Him now, and me in about a year. I can’t believe it is so close. We then went to Double Dogs and ate dinner. It was a really nice day.
