Planning PTO Days, Overnight Storms, and Technical Difficulties
I’ve been saving them up – my PTO days. I wasn’t sure I had accrued much time. I was able to add up the time I had accrued, plus the days upcoming, as there is 10 more bi-weekly periods in the year. When I figure what I will accrue between now and end of the year, I’ll be able to plan some days here and there and have enough for Christmas. This was a welcome surprise. New Electronic Devices – Alexa Show 5 and Weather Station by LaCrosse Technology
Welcoming the Alexa Show 5, 2nd Generation. My sister gave this to us. Got it set up where I had an available plug. We have it set up in the den. Do you have one? What all do you do with yours? I guess we will learn more and more. It has a camera but it points up high. I know you need an adjustable stand to make it show the room at the proper angle for camera to see the room. iPhone iOS 16 Update | Widget Updates | Sharing My Customized Home Screens
I updated to iOS 16. I was mainly excited about adding widgets to the Lock Screen. However, really – it’s not made much difference. I don’t really want all my business on the Lock Screen but I did add the weather and any alarms I have set, and you can make changes to the time, change wallpapers and so forth. The widgets are minimal at the current time (not a lot of selection for the Lock Screen). Again, I just chose to have customized home screens that I had already used widgets on and that is fine for me. I did notice that some more widgets were available since I…
