What’s REALLY Going On: The Ups and Downs
Saturday March 7, 2026 Today has been good. It’s been joyous and I have felt joy, peace, and contentment in my heart. I’ve been waiting for this feeling for a while. I don’t know what makes the difference. The opposite of peace and joy is something akin to….something I can describe but to say it’s like something between “oh gosh, I need more time” and being frustrated that I don’t have any. The time has seemed to stand still for the moment and joy is in the moment. Again, I’m not sure why somedays it is one way and others the other way. Usually I’m just frustrated with everything. The…

Surprised at the Diagnosis and a Beautiful July 4th

Final DeCluttering: Minimalists Won’t Like It
Here’s the final episode of going through our kitchen cabinets to declutter. You can watch it HERE. George had already gone through the cabinets a year ago and consulted me on a few things but we wanted to go through them again now that I’m retired and get rid of a few more things, which we did. We have a lot of cabinet space, so if it gave us joy and we anticipated that we could still use it, we kept it.
