Snow Week: Curbing My Anxiety, and Being Productive During the Winter Storms

The normal laundry day of course, but I’m picking up the final winter decor and snowmen and deer and winter birds and packing them up. And then will put out some pink/red looks for Valentine’s Day. After Valentine’s I’ll swap out for greenery and spring stuff. I love doing this. So going to dust today too while switching things out. It’s Friday. My mind is a little numb as I wake up this morning. I did not sleep good last night. Maddie barked a few times and I woke up a few times on my own. Had some very different dreams. As the alarm went off, I considered going into work late, because I needed sleep. But those are not the rules we follow. So up I go. The Domino Effect, Bugs in the Merchandise, and A Stressful Day in My Life
I had another day of calm eating for the tum tum yesterday and this morning it seems more normal. I will ease back into eating and adding more to the soft diet. I told George I felt like I could eat air fried salmon for dinner tonight as it is light to eat but we don’t have any. I am going to Publix after work so maybe I’ll pick some up along with some things I can eat. I’m glad I’m pulling out of this without the dreaded antibiotics.
