Fall Decor is Out, Pazole, and iMac Storage Files
Although I have two full “tubs” of fall decor not including the wreath, it seems like I have very few decorations out. And it’s nothing special. But it’s enough to get us excited about fall and enjoy the season of “harvest” and of the chilly evenings and mornings to come, of soups and stews and corn bread, and all that comes with fall and winter evenings. So here are the touches I have set out. And much of it is the same year after year. I added a couple of things last year. Happy Camper: Spring Coming, Pedicure Done, File Transfer Project Complete
March is here, says my calendar! And now we have the hope of spring, and we have daffodils blooming around in places and the trees are thinking about sprouting leaves as they are in “bud swell” and the grass is getting greener from the recent rains. We start our thinking now toward St. Patrick’s Day and all things Irish and green! With Spring coming, so is flip flop weather! Dog Trims, A Day Off, and Slow Snow Thaws
As I was cleaning up the house yesterday, I kept noticing the sun and the snow and how pretty it is. But oh what problems it can cause. Temps got up close to 40 – it may have even reached it – and there was some melting. A salt truck came by mid day. But I cannot see any result from it. Our roads are horrible. I hear the main roads are fine so it’s just doing navigation on pure ice where it’s melted some and frozen back. I took this pic because the ice on the road behind us, kept shimmering in my eyes.
