A Couple of Surprises Followed by Pizza Yesterday we had to get up around 5:30 so we could get Mom by 7:15 and get her to an appointment at Centennial (across Nashville in rush hour) by 9:00 a.m. We did it with a few minutes to spare! Mom’s surprised everyone with two things yesterday. 1) She told the nurse practitioner that her UTI was back and she’d had symptoms for a week and a half. 2) She asked for Christmas ornaments from her house. Summer Bucket List and a Few Surprises
Sunday May 31, 2026 I started a new bucket list for the summer. I had to move a lot from our spring list on to this list. We have just been so busy with Mom’s health and setting up her move. Here was how our list shaped up for Spring: I read 3 books, got my Acaii bowl, cleaned out Mom’s fridge, lost 6 lbs, went yard sailing with George, went to Salvo’s Pizza, had a nice Easter meal, went to Ella’s wedding, looked to declutter the basement closet (we already did it, lol), cleaned out Dexter’s toys, decluttered my unused filming equipment, Mother’s Day celebrations, used up our Starbuck’s…
