Cicada’s are Here, Hot in the Office, and Sharing Summer Bucket List
It’s about to begin. We are about to be graced with these cicadas. Every 13 years. I’m convinced that is why 13 is a bad luck number. This is the first one seen. George saw it on the sun room screen a couple of days ago. He sent it to me while I was work and said “they’re heeeeeere”! We go from an Igloo to Hell…lol Our office a/c has also graced us with its annual “we ain’t gonna work for ya” visit. It’s just a section of the building. It’s cool on the executive side. A Broken Week
Well, I cannot believe it is Friday. Another week bites the dust. Wow. Time is really scootin’ by. As I sit here this morning sipping coffee, it becomes a daunting task to try and recall, recap, and summarize what all the week has been about. Hmmmm. I guess the best way is to just bullet list. That will also keep me from embellishing, adding my feelings, and thoughts, and speculations -which is probably best, lol. Snow Week: Curbing My Anxiety, and Being Productive During the Winter Storms
Well here’s last week’s adventures during our SNOW WEEK you can watch it HERE. I’m so glad it’s Saturday ya’ll…and I have a lot of things planned for today. The normal laundry day of course, but I’m picking up the final winter decor and snowmen and deer and winter birds and packing them up. And then will put out some pink/red looks for Valentine’s Day. After Valentine’s I’ll swap out for greenery and spring stuff. I love doing this. So going to dust today too while switching things out. I was going to put my new curtains up that was to arrive yesterday. They are arriving today it says. However, I’d forgotten to order the rods…
