Curb Appeal: Front Porch Makeover
Front Porch Makeover We’ve been spending quite a bit of time outside, before the dreaded 13 year cicada cycle begins. George mulched with the rubber mulch and trimmed the bushes around the house, and I went and bought new cushions and did a nice makeover of the front porch. A fun little video. You can watch it here. Making it Easier to Get Ready in the Mornings
Well, here she is….the week before we left for Texas. I took some time to work on my dresser drawers and also the top of my closet. I used the Marie Kondo method of organizing the drawers. Everything is visible, folded where it stands up or where I can see every item. It makes me see what I have and really aids me in getting dressed and out the door in the mornings. Easter Weekend Update
Go ahead, grab something to drink and sit a while and catch up with me. Well, I guess coming into Easter Weekend on Friday I didn’t know what to expect. Honestly, compared to the rest of the month, any thoughts or plans were just completely in the back of my mind. I mean after appendicitis and surgery, traveling and being gone for almost two weeks, and trying to catch up from ALL THAT (still not), and the car dying and having/getting to get a new one – any thoughts of the weekend were just superseded by everything else.
