Our Day out in Hendersonville, TN: Sam’s Club Run, First Watch Brunch, and Yazoo Brewery
George and I had a meeting in Hendersonville with our financial advisor and as we do, we like to hit other things in the area – usually favorite shops, a brewery, a favorite liquor store for our wine and happy hour stash, and of course trying new or old favorite restaurants. Yesterday, much to my surprise, George did NOT have a line up for us. And I got busy and also used to him planning things, so I didn’t really think much of it other than – “we’ll pick a place for lunch, hit a brewery, and Sam’s”. Mom’s House, Upcoming Schedule, Ring Light, and an Evening Out
Mom’s house is coming along. The brick arrived and they are working on that. It’s dry walled and I guess they will be bricking and putting in the cabinets next. I haven’t heard if they called her yesterday. The usually call every Tuesday with progress. Mom has not felt her best the last couple of days. She said she just has her off days either due to the meds or the meds not working right. I don’t know. But prayers please. She refuses to get the shot. Candied Rib in Mount Juliet, McKay’s Haul, Czann’s New Nashville Brewery, and Our Bucket List Update
We really enjoyed our day yesterday. I was feeling a bit of anxiety not having much time at home this weekend. I did manage to get the laundry washed (not folded and nothing ironed), but we sure enjoyed our time celebrating George’s birthday. (See previous blog entries over the last few days.) Now it’s time to fast! lol. We went to the Candied Rib after church yesterday. The food was great. They are newly opened and are not serving their entire menu yet.
