Curb Appeal: Front Porch Makeover

Front Porch Makeover

We’ve been spending quite a bit of time outside, before the dreaded 13 year cicada cycle begins. George mulched with the rubber mulch and trimmed the bushes around the house, and I went and bought new cushions and did a nice makeover of the front porch. A fun little video. You can watch it here.

Weekly Update

It’s been a crazy little week but a fast one. Crazy in the way that our office has been averaging 85 degrees. Have been catching up some on many things behind there. Have been doing some planning for May. George got a REALLY BAD TICK BITE and is on meds for that. Took Mom for her mammogram appointment and surprisingly got mine done too while there. Hopefully can do a more proper blog entry with pics tomorrow. George and I are heading out to do a few things in the community today. I’ll also be filming today. The list keeps growing as to where all we will go. Other than that housework and laundry. Tomorrow is church, going out to eat after, and grocery for Mom and us. Then on to another busy week. I do have some pics to stop and unload for you tomorrow, if I can.

Ok don’t forget to watch this fun short video. Subscribe if you haven’t already! Or give me a thumbs up as it helps the algorithm on YouTube to spread me out further to others. Thanks so much guys for the support.

Another great blog. Loved your new cushions they look so good on your chairs. You really will have to sew tape on so you can tie them on to the chairs …I know time is at a premium. for you. Can Mum maybe do you a favour…for once !…and sew them on for you, you could at least ask her I know her eyes are not that good but it’s not a big job just time consuming..I also liked that rubber stuff George was laying it’s something I’ve never seen over here. Anyway must go close door it’s been the first day of warm sunshine this year and NO rain a miracle. Night night. God Bless

I get it about the antibiotics. It’s suggested taking doxycycline for 30 days as a prophylactic if possible. I’m glad they gave him meds. A lot of doctors won’t unless they see a bulls eye which only shows on a out 50% of cases. I never had one. Take care 🙂
