Blogmas Day 20: Random Stuff

Last night we had dinner at one of our favorite places ever. Hermitage Steak House. The decor was pretty. Here’s their tree. There was also a fireplace. But people were sitting near so I didn’t get a pic.

Aunt Martha and Uncle Ken really like the place too.

I was worried about putting such a heavy meal (steak) on my tummy but so far so good.

I only have one more workday before Christmas! So I must get a lot done tomorrow.

Then we will be getting ready for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I’m working on the next video and will sneak it in at some point.

I think our immune systems are winding down as our tiredness goes up. Nose stuffy and headaches many. I’ve also not slept well. Going to bed later and waking up at 3 a.m. and going to sleep right as the alarm goes off. I need to sleep til 6 but can’t.

But tonight I’m going to sleep early.

    Hope you have slept well…or perhaps that should be sleeping well. It’s 7.30am over here so think it’s still middle of the night with you. This has been quite a busy week, I think it is for everybody at this time. Today being Thursday is the Community Cafe day up at church I started it a couple of years ago…I think ! Time goes so fast, so Thursday is my busy day and today I have to be back up at 2 ok. ( cafe is 9.30-12) as we have a short service aimed at anyone who may have lost a loved one or indeed feeling low about anything it’s called…Blue Christmas Service…..not any come but those who do seem to like it…We switch of the lights and have only candles, I think that helps as well as we feel less…on show….if we shed a tear or two…..hope all goes to plan today for you at work
