Blogmas Day 19: December to Remember Part I

So…. the decorating begins. But the backstory comes to the forefront. I’m worried about, well EVERYTHING, but George is retiring and he is happy as a lark.
The two forces collide as we deal with everything at hand and get the house decorated. You can watch it HERE.
Have a great day today. Hope all things are coming together for you at your house!

Hi Sonia! Could you quickly share or tell me where to find you green bean side dish recipe. I heard you talk about it but now I can’t find it! Thank you.
Merry Christmas to you and family. I am glad you made the best of your Thanksgiving. Always a little disappointing when things don’t turn out like we imagined.

It’s just Allen’s green beans( 1 or 2 big cans) and frozen PictSweet Speckled Butter Beans – George puts them on a crock pot and adds a ham hock or bacon to give it flavor and heat it up in that.

I loved your Moms cat. Dexter was so funny when he saw it. I can tell he has a big personality. I still have presents to wrap. Lots of things to get done before I have the family over. Hang in there Christmas will be here and gone before we know it. Enjoy your time with your Daughter & Grandson.

Have a great Christmas Lauren! Thanks for stopping by today. Christmas is kinda like a wedding lol, you work so hard and spend a ton and it’s over so quickly. But the memories last!
