    Norm’s Amish Market and Snow White Drive In / Mount Juliet and Lebanon, TN Area

    Our day was mighty fine yesterday. It did ALL of our souls good to get out and do a few things other than work and home, chores, and to do lists. Our first order of business was to stop at Norm’s, a local roadside market with mostly Amish goods from Scottsville, KY. We used to go every year but it’s a little far for us now. So it’s nice to see this place, although pricier since its the middle man. I loved the photo opportunity and these Mum’s will be in full bloom soon.     Our Labor Day Meal, Some Healthy Treats, and Free Fall / Autumn Wallpapers

    The Labor Day meal was spectacular. Everything we wanted it to be! The weekend was restful but yet productive as well. Work was really long though going back doing two days into one. I arrived by 6 a.m. and left a few minutes shy of 4:30. Got home around 5, so a long day. But had leftovers from the big Labor Day meal so it was great! I was happy to find these guys. A reasonably priced almond flour bar for an on-the-go breakfast. It must have a lot of the same ingredients as the one I used to buy from my wellness company. It tasted about the same. And…

    Fall Decor is Out, Pazole, and iMac Storage Files

    Although I have two full “tubs” of fall decor not including the wreath, it seems like I have very few decorations out. And it’s nothing special. But it’s enough to get us excited about fall and enjoy the season of “harvest” and of the chilly evenings and mornings to come, of soups and stews and corn bread, and all that comes with fall and winter evenings. So here are the touches I have set out. And much of it is the same year after year. I added a couple of things last year.
