Maddie’s Trim, Grandson’s Wee School, and Monetization on YouTube
Good morning! Ms. Maddie got a trim yesterday and she looks so cute. I think she has a little pep in her step, and a little prancing around going on. I had them leave some hair around her ears so she didn’t look like a male dog, but maybe I need to trim that up a bit. They may have left too much. And of course the bandana swallows her. And the grandson started “Wee School” this week. It’s like a pre-K program just a couple of days a week. And he loved it. He wanted to go back the next day. I had tears when I got the pictures.…

Mid Week Update, Fall Plans, etc.
Finished the puzzle. Finally. It took all summer to work a summer puzzle. There will not be another until I retire. It’s too much pressure to stop and have some fun in the grind, lol. Just kidding but kinda not really. Fall is very busy for us. Life perks up and we are on the go more, shopping more, traveling more, planning more, and we have a lot going on already. Work going ok I guess. Counting the days. I think it’s like 16 more weeks after this week, 75 actual work days (due to PTO, weekends, holidays), 15 more payroll closings, 4 more month end tax paying, and 1…

Monetized on YouTube, Crushing My Goals!
So, a little thing happened this week. I met my goal of 1,000 subscribers a bit early. I had figured by Thanksgiving and then actually said it was ok by Jan or Feb of 2025 so I’d have time to deal with becoming monetized. Well…thanks to my giving notice video, I met that goal last week and am now at 3,000 subscribers which I met overnight. I’m so honored and thrilled. Of course over the weekend I followed the steps that YouTube had outlined for me, after I got their email that I could apply for the YouTube Partner program. That included a verification process, email and info, applying for…
