    Well, here we are again with Declutter Part II. You guys seemed to like the first one so we did it again. It’s been fun sharing our experiences as we go through and decide if something gives us joy, continues to serve us, and make the cabinet less decluttered.     Decluttering the Cabinets

    Part of the fun of retirement is getting to go through your stuff and see what you have. You can watch it here. This is our second pass as George did this a year ago when he retired but this time we did it together and got rid of a few more and reorganized the cabinets and made it much neater. If you are a minimalist you won’t like this video. At most you might be amused though. We have a lot of cabinet space and we have filled it up! Who needs 3 shelves of coffee cups? Apparently WE DO!     Making it Easier to Get Ready in the Mornings

    Well, here she is….the week before we left for Texas. I took some time to work on my dresser drawers and also the top of my closet. I used the Marie Kondo method of organizing the drawers. Everything is visible, folded where it stands up or where I can see every item. It makes me see what I have and really aids me in getting dressed and out the door in the mornings.
