Post-Trip Reset | Back to Reality
Good morning! The new vlog is up and you can watch it HERE. IT’s a chatty one, especially to begin with but we are resetting EVERYTHING and plugging back in, after our trip to FL. Getting things cleaned, getting Mom’s things taken care of, and unpacking.
I hope you guys are doing ok. We have had a trip to Chattanooga, TN this week to visit with friends and stay at their beautiful new house. It was hot enough we could enjoy the pool – even on the mountain. But a couple of days later, we are home and a cool front came through and it’s finally 48 degrees this morning. Finally! So I think we are back to 80’s soon but I think fall is finally coming.
I’m still in a cross b/w trying to control my schedule, trying not to be frustrated, trying to be content and grateful, and trying to figure out what is happening health-wise, and trying to enjoy the days of the rest of my life. Instead of a long blog to explain all that, it’s just summed up in this paragraph. I miss blogging daily but still have to make decisions as to what all I can do in a day. In some ways it would help if I did blog daily, but in many ways it hurts things when I do.
But one day, maybe one day, I can get back to blogging again. I hope you guys are enjoying your October and your fall season. Have a great week guys!

Hi Sonya, just watched the VLOG good as usual. Mary dosn’t always see it but as she is sitting by me she has enjoyed watching it as well. I am sorry that although you enjoyed your time by the beach it hasn’t really be as restful as you usually feel after a break there. We have had you in our prayers and also uncle Ken he is going to miss your aunt so much….i hope he will come down/ up for Xmas it will seem strange not to have them both this year I know you look forward to seeing them at that time. How is Mum has she spoken much about her Sister ? She seemed to enjoy her shopping trip. I think you are so good taking her here and there, knowing she is buying things she might not even need and leaving to banking to you….Mary and I loved your ending with views all around your house, no deer to be seen today but sure they are still around probably sheltering from the rain ! Well love I must go make dinner. I’m making a risotto stir fry with salmon, peas, and broccoli…it’s one of my favs. So I’m sending love to you and George….night ni,ght. God bless
