Blogmas Day 18: More Surprises

The last Secret Santa gift arrived! I was very touched to get a mug with the 2023 phrase of the year on it from my blog site.

These were my overall goals. I did laugh more. I definitely shared more. I learned some. I’m lacking on enjoyment. Although I think we enjoyed 2023 more than the 2 years before that.

And on the flip side…. The “managing life’s to do list” with grace…. On the blog it says “or maybe not”. This phrase is my stab at sarcasm! This is the perfect gift and I love it. lol 😂

There is no grace to managing my to do list!

But my secret Santa treated me very nicely and I’ll never forget it!

My friend at work- another friend- got me this mug! I laughed so hard. I’m going to be drinking me some sloffee!

Another perfect gift! I’m so thankful! And another.

I can’t wait to wear them! And a sloth ornament!

Also neighbors brought over some chocolate Christmas cookies and this book. So thoughtful.

George and I enjoyed our evening looking at and cackling at our gifts today.

George and Uncle Ken went to the Lane car museum in Nashville. And out to lunch. They had a great time.

It’s a busy week! We have a Christmas lunch at work tomorrow and a retirement party at work on Wednesday. We also eat with family tomorrow night for dinner.

I have a surprise too! Episode I of a December to Remember is going live tomorrow on Less Hustle More Coffee. The videos will drop at odd times the rest of December. This one comes early! Not on Saturday. I’ll post on a regular schedule again in January. This serves 4 purposes: 1) I can get an extra video in December out this way, not having to wait til Saturday. 2) It takes the pressure off having to meet a schedule. 3) I can get caught up so that I am not 3 weeks behind lag time. 4) I can be through with December videos right away and be ready to post new content in January. The video drops at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow. I’ll leave a link in the morning!

Probably will not have time to get a Saturday video up this week. But we shall see. It’s awfully busy this week. But the plan is to get them up when done! And to get as many done as I can but not rushing me.

It’s better than throwing my hands up in the air! It’s not like I have a cast of thousands depending on each episode to drop! lol 😂 No one will hardly notice.

So over and out. Only got 5 hours sleep last night. Must do better tonight!

Tonight, the look got my attention of my car with the sunset and Christmas lit shops. I had to shop for a couple of last minute gifts I decided to buy.
