    Easter Weekend Update

    Go ahead, grab something to drink and sit a while and catch up with me. Well, I guess coming into Easter Weekend on Friday I didn’t know what to expect. Honestly, compared to the rest of the month, any thoughts or plans were just completely in the back of my mind. I mean after appendicitis and surgery, traveling and being gone for almost two weeks, and trying to catch up from ALL THAT (still not), and the car dying and having/getting to get a new one – any thoughts of the weekend were just superseded by everything else.     Intense Busy Day but Ended with Pasta!

    I was craving pasta, with lemon, basil, and tomatoes with a bit of protein. So George fixed this tonight along with a salad. I’m sorry no pics of new car yet. It has been busy (or dark, or windy – 30-50 mph gusts). So it’ll have to wait. Work was intense. Trying to get the most important things done in just a few hours as well as get payroll ready for tomorrow. My goal was not to hyperventilate! It’s also a short week due to Good Friday!     Creating our Winter into Spring Bucket List

    Here’s what we’ll be up to this next quarter. I’m letting this one go through end of April. The bucket list is just to give us some guidance as to what to do or focus on.  I’d say our bucket list has changed a bit. We often had a lot of outings, but the last few years have been so busy we actually have gobbled up any spare time at home. The bucket list used to be places we would like to go and then I started adding goals and some projects to it. But I like the way it has morphed and it’s just another way to get my goals in front of me. And…
