    Weekend Eating and Problems with My Legs

    Yesterday was amazing. Just waking up knowing that you have 3 days off. And it was a busy day but also a productive day. I fixed us breakfast (above). You can see the “egg in a hole” along with tomatoes and we split and apple and banana getting in some fruit. In the past week I have had some issues with my legs – meaning that I’ve had some pain at the hip and joint areas and in addition they have felt like jelly.
