Pack with Me

This week, in the video, we are packing for our Texas trip and there’s a medical scare. You can watch it HERE.

In real time we are headed back from Texas today! So I will ask for travel prayers.

Gonna be a busy week ahead playing catch up: getting unpacked, groceries, for us and Mom, Christmas decor out, Christmas tree up, Moms doc appointment and procedure, my doc appointment, paying her bills, doing my monthly turn around- all on top of working and hopefully getting a video out- so pray for all that too. I’m going to feel overwhelmed.

    By now I hope you will be Home again..it’s Sat 30th Nov. St Andrews Day. (St Andrew is Patron Saint of Scotland ). We often eat Haggis today but I’ve decided not to but to keep my haggis till Tuesday which is the day I cook for Peter he usually likes chicken but he is in fora surprise next week !! Anyway that’s nothing to do with this weeks VLOG. I was fascinated to watch what you were packing…I’m a VERY light packer, years of travelling in my wheelchair means I had to only take what I personally could cope with. Small wheeled suitcase which I could pull/ push along with the chair and a small backpack which went on the handles on the back…This trains the mind I can tell you, whether it was a 14 day cruise or a 2/3 week to friends. Things on the cruise had to do for the 14 days !! It wasn’t so bad when we were at friends as we could always do a wash. But I recon I only took around half if that, what you take it. Certainly made me 😄. It was fun though watching you. As your now home I wonder how much you wore of what you took. .? Looking forward very much to next weeks Vlog when hopefully we will see a bit of your actual holiday and thanksgiving Texas Style….till then take care. God Bless xx
