Managing Life with Grace and Ease….or Maybe NOT!

Good Morning (Afternoon or Evening) Lovelies!

I’ve overslept and not time for my normal entry. But I thought I’d pop in and ask you a question or two. And for those that read my blog often I’d love to hear from you. Even those that don’t normally comment.

  1. What keeps you coming back here?
  2. What do you like about the blog?
  3. What would you like to see more of?

And geez, while I curl up like a raisin when I ask this one, I feel I need to. I’m pretty sensitive so be nice.

4. What would you like to see less of?

So why am I asking these questions? Curiosity and Connection mainly. For a long time this has been my place to come and just vent, talk about my day, talk about plans. My blog is my therapy.

But I wondered a few things in recent weeks while thinking about the blog and any changes that I might make. I won’t give away my thinking because I’d love to hear your thoughts first. I don’t want to lead you down any paths.

Again, please be nice. Everyone has been nice so far for the most part. I don’t mind constructive criticism especially if I ask for it, and please be mindful that so far, my blog has been everything I myself has wanted it to be. But there is and will always be an element to my blog that I want readers to enjoy besides it being a blab fest of my day or feelings. So here is your chance to let me know: why you like my blog, what appeal does it have that you want to remain, what would you like to see more of, less of, and we’ll throw in a bonus question, what would you like to know more about me?

I’ll be sitting on pins and needles waiting for your answers! LOL.

And I appreciate you so much. Your comments mean so much and your comments could definitely impact any change the blog may experience! So Weigh In! Don’t be shy!

Daily Update

Ya’ll have a grand day! I’m off to set into Wednesday. Must get a lot done today as it’s a 4 day week and I leave a bit early today. Tummy is healing for those that read the previous two days. I’m on soft foods now and escalating to more normal foods as I can. It may be a few days before I can hop back in here. Busy days ahead with Mom coming for Easter. Lots of cooking, cleaning, traveling, pedis, seeing neighborhoods, eating out, a bit of shopping. So yeah…I’ll pop back in as I can!

Hi Sonya, well what are my answers ?? I am nosey and your blog lets me peep into your life, and as you start write I can almost feel I’m with you, sometimes I sigh and think….here she goes again LOL this usually when you write in detail all your doing with your diet, but then if you didn’t tell us I wouldn’t be able to sympathize..and new readers would never know how your digestive system works…so no changes there. I love very much the times you bring God and prayers into your blog and encourage us to ask Gods help with various matters, ( ( (although I did say yesterday that our loving God knows our wishes before we ask them….)…..
I love getting news of the baby and the lovely photos, again I’ve known you so long that Kate feels just like another niece and baby Roo a great nephew !!
So all in all I really can’t think of anything I would change….sorry if that’s not the answer you were looking for. ,!! Don’t think I have been very helpful..if there have been times when I think a little criticism is needed I tell you there and then !!! Oh I must not forget all the delicious foods you eat and the pets you include in your news…I love that part of your blog as well……God Bless….have a good day..

I return again and again to your blog because your personality shines through. You are real and honest – i.e. it is my impression that you are not “putting on airs.” Your blog is you and your every day life. Your interests. Your hobbies. Your problems. Your aggravations. Your stresses. Your joys. You are passionate – with lots of interests. You get things done. And when your write all this, as I said, your personality comes through. And it is a very likable one. Here’s the part you might not want to hear, but I bet you won’t be surprised. Sometimes I’d like to see less rambling. Some of your posts are very long, and I only have so much time. And I follow a number of blogs. I know it can be a bit tricky because sometimes in your rambles is where your personality shines. But sometimes, I just don’t have the time to read it all. So, then I can’t finish reading or comment. I hope you find my comments kind because they are given in that spirit and are meant to be encouraging. You are very brave to ask these questions. And you are more than welcome to give me your thoughts on my blog – good or bad. Fair is fair. Keep blogging. I look forward to your posts.

Oh thank you. I do ramble both on the blog and in person. I think I’m so starved for conversation that I spill all! I either don’t talk at all or talk too much. I knew from reading your blog that you like shorter entries! Thanks fir your feedback. I was expecting more but only a few comments! Your words were very kind and I too think you are a gem and a very genuine and lovely person!

Well, it’s your blog about your life.
I like it just like it is.
    I’m easily amused, I know. 🙂
I hope your stomach issues are improving.

I subscribed to your YouTube and its fun , too!
Just a different part of the world is fun to learn about from someone else .
